never would i have guessed there was an entire savanna biome on the island. for some reason, i always thought this kind of biome only existed in Africa or central America. every article i read labeled this place as a hidden gem, and honestly, they were right. i had never even heard about this place before, and the only reason i managed to discover it was because when i was randomly looking around on google maps for places to visit. it genuinely didn’t feel real when i arrived there. the air was dry, there were deer and buffalo roaming around, and i even spotted a horse just horsing around. just make sure to keep yourself hydrated.
