"my first time visiting the city of Negara!"
it’s a dam. the title is just referring to a water dam, but who gives a dam? the title make sense, right? moving on, i had an excuse to ride to the west side of Bali once for work test. it’s probably my least visited side of the island simply because of the distance and how unsafe the roads can feel. unlike the east side, the roads connecting to the west side aren’t nearly as wide as they should be. it’s a known fact among people living here that the roads feel like a joke sometimes. the main road connecting Bali to Java, which is basically the main gateway to the island, somehow ends up having the narrowest lanes. sorry about the rant though, back to the picture. it was just an aesthetically pleasing water dam. nothing particularly interesting besides the view.
